Achieved the removal of the client from the list of unreliable (unscrupulous) suppliers.

On September 20, 2024, the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of the Mangystau Region granted an administrative claim filed in the interest of a client represented by ILF A&A.

The court annulled the order that had included the client in the list of unscrupulous suppliers and ordered their removal from the registry. The state duty was also reimbursed.

Thanks to this decision, the client was able to preserve their business reputation and the right to participate in public procurements. This case became an example of effective business protection in administrative disputes.
